Match the stand to your ionizer
The 102-101 is designed for the Simco Aerostat® XC2, using mounting hardware supplied with the XC2. Include the exact model and mounting requirements in your quote request.

Position the mount for your workspace
The standard mounting height adjusts from 42 to 66 inches (1066–1676 mm) in 2-inch increments. A tethered clevis pin and nylon-tipped knob secure the adjustment, while the mount provides 360° rotation for directional positioning.
Extended or reduced height ranges are available as custom options. Share your bench height and required mounting range, and follow the blower manufacturer’s placement guidance for the workspace.
Allow room for movement and positioning
The standard base measures 20 × 19 inches (508 × 483 mm), and the stand weighs 29 lb (13.2 kg). Plan the floor space beside your bench and the route used to move the stand.
Four conductive casters—two locking and two non-locking—support controlled movement on ESD flooring. Use appropriate facility grounding and verify the installed setup to your site standard.
